Hi Paolo, did you ever think/hit the problem of having a random source suitable for cryptography? I am writing some SIP code and the RFC requires the call id to be randomly generated with a source suitable for cryptography. Is this something that should be in the GNU Smalltalk distribution? My short work around is to use /dev/random. holger
