Make sur that aclocal can find the m4 file of gst.
The file must be here:
/usr/local/share/aclocal
Add this to the dirlist of aclocal, you can found the dirlist file with
`aclocal --print-ac-dir`/dirlist.
You can get more info if you look at the man page of aclocal.
