Hi,
    I am new for using snacc 1.3. so i have many questions that want to ask,
I have download snacc 1.3 package from web site, and have completed the
compling package and installation. 
    But I want to apply the snacc on windows platform, for example in
microsoft Visual C++, how can I do?
