AFAICS this is simply showing a conflict between your gdb and binutils
which are both providing the same files for some reason. Maybe you
got a version mismatch between them, or maybe they are both supposed
to provide the same files. Whatever the reason, it's nothing to do
with Stow. I recommend you read the installation manuals for those
projects.
