Hello,
I found a not very well solution. I don't like it but it works. I used
"oddheading" command
to overwrite the header of Index section for odd pages.
Following lines contain "oddheading" command that I inserted to resolve this
problem.
@node Unified index
@appendix Unified index
@node Index
@unnumbered Index
@oddheading Index @| @| @thispage
@printindex cp
@bye
