[VCDImager] GNU VCDImager/Rip 0.5.9alpha2 released

hi folks,

...after having survived the beginning of the new millennium, I'm here
to announce another alpha release of vcdimager/vcdrip...

this release was concerned with:

* creation of scanpoints for SVCDs
* compilation fix for cygwin environment
* vcdrip SVCD detection improved
* oversize warnings

same disclaimer as for the previous alpha rls:

please bear in mind, that this is an alpha release and as
such may generate coasters!
