[VCDImager] Compiling on Darwin

[Sam]

I am having trouble compiling vcdimager, it looks like something is 
missing from cvd.c.  I am running Mac OS X 10.3.2 ( Darwin 7 )  I have 
the developer tools installed.  I have tried compiling w/ make and 
gmake.
