For the record, the recipe that Rob committed so quickly (thanks!) is
available at
<https://svn.nixos.org/repos/nix/hydra-config/gnu/trunk/rcs/release.nix>.
As you can see it’s different from the one you wrote, which was a
“regular” package recipe for use in Nixpkgs.
The last paragraph at <http://www.gnu.org/software/devel.html#Hydra>
points to an example, but presumably it could be improved.
