Hydra build recipes now at Savannah

Hello,

The Hydra build recipes used for the GNU projects that are built at
<http://hydra.nixos.org/project/gnu/> have been moved from svn.nixos.org
to a Git repository at Savannah:

  https://savannah.gnu.org/projects/hydra-recipes/

You should find it easy to do basic customization of your project’s
build jobs, such as changing configure or make options, changing the
list of dependencies, etc.

The Hydra manual has been improved and now documents the main ideas
behind build recipes:

Please request membership to the ‘hydra-recipes’ project to get access
to the repository.
