[PATCH] gettext: Add groff to buildInputs.

Hi,

Thanks for providing the build service.  I noticed that gettext-master
is failing in 'tarball' phase, presumably because of missing 'groff' in
buildInputs:

http://hydra.nixos.org/build/9828588/log/tail-reload

Could you add it?  I guess previously it was pulled as a dependency of
other buildInputs.
