unofrtunately, no[t really].  ifile doesn't do MIME, but since ifile
is simple, you could automate using a MIME-preprocessor and ifiling
only text parts.

you could try other lexer options, but then you'd definitely MIME
preprocessing to set thes options only for turkish.

you could also try bogofilter if you're only interested in
spam/non-spam classification:  it does MIME itself.
