Ellen,

thanks for trying igraph. Non-interactive plotting works simply via the
generic 'plot' command and it has almost completely the same arguments as
'tkplot', so in most cases all you need to do is to write 'plot' instead of
'tkplot'. You can check the manual page with ?plot.igraph.
