Hmmm, I'm not sure what you mean by the quotes, but
since you've vertex names of type "character", the result matrix
you create will be of type "character".

If you mean printing this without quotes, then the simplest is to create 
a data frame:

data.frame(z=z, eb=eBtw$edge.betweenness,get.edgelist(g)[z+1,])
