Hi Przemek,

Nightly snapshots are published daily here:

http://code.google.com/p/igraph/downloads/list

The filenames for the R interface look like this:

igraph_nightly_0.6-1898-20100504.tar.gz

You should be able to install them by typing R CMD INSTALL 
igraph_nightly_0.6*.tar.gz.
