[igraph] degree sequence game

 Hi again,

I'm about to write a clunky (no doubt) function to generate random simple graphs with 
given degree sequence or probabilistic degree distribution (per Newman-Watts-Strogatz, 
"Random graph models of social networks", 2002), since degree.sequence.game 
(with the option to simplify) falls short of this ideal.

Before i do, is there anything in the works or in an upcoming release that will 
do this? or anything i've missed in version 0.5.2 or 0.5.3?
