Hmmmm... igraph 0.5.4 cannot do it for vertices, so I presume you are using the
development version (igraph 0.6). If you are indeed using igraph 0.6., that can
calculate weighted edge betweenness as well, just use the weights= parameter of
the edge betweenness function.
