Hi,
Compiling igraph 0.6 for Windows is far from being trivial at the moment,
especially because there has been a lot of refactoring in the C core and the
corresponding project file is not updated entirely yet.
I have a fairly recent pre-compiled version of the Python interface for
Windows at the following URL, feel free to try this and let me knw whether
it works:

I think this one does not include GraphML support yet; let me know if you
need that as well and I'll try to fix it.
