[iiwusynth-devel] bug: noteoff in attack phase

hi all,

[cvs = current]

when a key is released during the attack phase, the volume envelope
suddenly jumps to noticeably more gain. this is easiest to reproduce
with instruments with a long attack phase (like those cheesy 'soft
strings' you find on the net by the dozen).

i think the bug is in iiwu_voice_noteoff, at the point of converting
from linear to cB gain, but i may be wrong.

btw, did i mention i like the synth a lot? ;)

PS: http://quitte.de/SF2.py does now properly write .sf2 files, is 
up to 40% quicker, but still doesn't handle stereo (linked) samples.
