I don't have any problems with:
$ uname -sr
FreeBSD 4.2-STABLE # as of early February
$ ssh -V
SSH Version OpenSSH_2.3.0, protocol versions 1.5/2.0.
Compiled with SSL (0x0090600f).
$ grep -i identity ~/.ssh/config
IdentityFile2 ~/.ssh/id_cvs
