You almost never want to actually delete a revision. If you want to
revert to the previous revision, do:
cvs update -j 1.16 -j 1.15 file
Order matters.
If you *REALLY* want to delete the revision, do 'cvs admin -o 1.15
file', but reverting is MUCH safer and unlike this, is reversable.
