I'm not sure what you're trying to do, but whatever it is you're not
doing it right. :-)
Usage: cvs rtag [-abdFflnR] [-r rev|-D date] tag modules...
I.e. you cannot use '-r' and '-D' together, and you must supply a 'tag'
name as well as the module name(s)
