Still wrong.
As I said, the presence of "-n" here determines whether the program
specified by "-t" for the SManager module in the modules file will be run.
This has nothing to do with taginfo.
So this is a pretty good example of a situation where the help message given
by "cvs -H rtag" isn't very useful.
