I use CVS remotely with WinCVS, over SSH.
It works great and everyone in my company is very happy with it.
I would like to setup one of our servers (a server for the code we
write, not a CVS server) so that it is a CVS client. This is not a
problem. It would be setup just like my development box.
But then I want to setup a web page on the server, such that when I
access the web page, and enter the required password, an asp or perl
script would run a command that would update the files from the CVS
repository, over SSH.
Basically, the command would run the functional equivalent of an update
in WinCVS.
I can write the asp or perl web page, but how to I get the WinCVS update
functionality from a command line?
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Paul
