Sorry if my previous response came across a little sarcastic.
Have a look at the entry entitled "What are Python and/or TCL needed for ?
Do I really need to install both ?" - it goes into a little more detailed
explanation about the macros. If that doesn't help, there's a link to the
CVSGui mailing list at the bottom of the main page at wincvs.org.
Sorry I can't help much more, but as I said I don't use WinCVS. I shoulda
kept my big mouth shut ;-)
