$ cvs co -r Release_0_1_Bugfixes MyProj
$ cd MyProf
$ cvs diff -uN -r Release_0_1 > ../Release_0_1_Patch

$ cvs rdiff -uN -r Release_0_1 -r Releae_0_1_Bugfixes > Release_0_1_Patch
should work, too.
