Yes. Apparently set by some old version of cvs.
Let me make sure we're talking about the same thing: Are you saying that your RCS files contain dates that have 04 to mean 2004, or is it just that recent RCS files still have dates with 99 to mean 1999?
Yes.In our case, we only had such 2-digit dates for year 02, and we did not have any date prior to 2002.
