I did configuring of cvs on Fedora Core 3 which is a Red Hat Product.

Moreover what protocol your going to use is also a case.The above
links guide you for simple configuration of cvs for pserver .For using
protocols like ssh you have to make further changes.
migration of an already exist CVS repository on the Red-hat linux
7.2 to this new installation?
Sorry I don't know the procedure of migrating the Repository from the
earlier to the new installation.
