No, thank you. This mailing list is for command-line CVS, *NOT* WinCVS.
If you want help with WinCVS, you need to ask on their mailing list, not
here. Like I said before, you want <http://www.wincvs.org/>.

CVS is the *Concurrent* Versions System. If you don't want concurrent
versions (i.e., you want reserved checkouts), you're using the wrong
tool.
