GNU/FSF Event: [CHANGED] RMS will speak on 2001-03-20 in Brasilia, Brazil

This event was announced eariler, but there has been a change in the details,
and thus we are announcing it again.

Richard M. Stallman will deliver a speech, entitled "Copyright vs. Community
in the Age of Computer Networks", on Tuesday 20 March 2001 at House of
Representatives (Câmara dos Deputados) in Brasilia, Brazil.

This speech will be delivered in English, with translations available into
Portuguese, French and Germany..

There is no charge to attend, but registration at
http://www.softwarelivre.org.br is required.

The House of Representatives (Câmara dos Deputados) is located at the Praça
dos Ministerios. The speech will be held in the Nereu Ramos, annex II. .
