This event was announced eariler, but there has been a change in the details,
and thus we are announcing it again.
Richard M. Stallman will deliver a speech, entitled "The Free Software
Movement and the GNU/Linux Operating System", on Thursday 6 December 2001
starting at 13:30. The event will be held at Aogaku Kaikan, Tokyo, Japan.
This speech will be delivered in English.
GNU stickers will be available without charge.
