Richard M. Stallman will deliver a speech, entitled "Software Libre,
Aspectos Éticos y Prácticos", on Wednesday 17 November 2004 starting
at 11:00.  The event will be held at CIED-PDVSA. Gran Salón (Main Hall)
Intercomunal La Trinidad, La Boyera, Caracas Venezuela.

This speech will be delivered in Spanish.

GNU stickers will be available without charge.
