maintainer needed for Beltane v1

The Beltane package provides web-based management for the Samhain
(http://la-samhna.de/samhain/index.html) security system, which is free
software.

Version 1 of Beltane is also free software, released under the GPL.
Regrettably, the developer has decided to distribute version 2 under a
non-free license forbidding redistribution.

So, we're looking for someone to maintain and distribute Beltane v1,
including a useful web site.  This could be done, for instance, on
http://savannah.nongnu.org.  Beltane is not a GNU package, since
Samhain is not GNU; but we're still interested in keeping software free :).
