Version 0.8 of GNU Ocrad released

I am pleased to announce the release of GNU Ocrad 0.8.

Ocrad is the GNU OCR (Optical Character Recognition) program.

The sources can be dowloaded from http://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/ocrad/ or from
your favorite GNU mirror.

This release is also GPG signed. You can download the signature by
appending ".sig" to the URL.

Changes in version 0.8:

* Added a better algorithm for line detection.
* Added new feature -x - (export ORF file to stdout).
* Small improvements made in image elimination.
