New GPLv3 release of GNU cflow

Greetings,

As part of the releasing of version 3 of the GNU General Public
License, GNU cflow has been upgraded to the new license.  The 
release, which is a relicensed repackaging of version 1.1, is
available for downloading from ftp://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/cflow
and the mirror sites worldwide (see http://www.gnu.org/order/ftp.html
for the list of those).

The available files and their MD5 sums are:
