GNU gv 3.6.9 released

GNU gv 3.6.9 has been released today. It is available for download in
the GNU ftp, ftp://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/gv

- Dr. Werner Fink (Ported the UTF-8 patch from Yasuyuki Furukawa to
  GNU gv 3.6.8 and bugfixed it).
