On what platform? Operating system?
I use rss2email, which is as easy to set up as:
% r2e new your_addess@example.com
% r2e add URL
(repeat for each feed)
% r2e run
The last command can be added to your crontab.
(Only work in Unix like environments, AFAIK.)
This is perhaps easier to set up for a novice than using the nnrss in
Gnus.
BTW, why did you multipost this to news.software.nntp?
