My experience has been that RSS is only widely used for reading blogs
and other Web sites that regularly have article-format content.  You
could, in theory, turn an email feed into RSS and read it that way,
but that is really outside the scope of this newsgroup (you'd read
your mail using nnml or nnimap, given the choice, not nnrss).  Please
find a better forum for these sorts of questions unless they are
specifically related to Gnus.
