MIME formatting

Hi all!

I got this message from a friend, and gnus couldn't decode it
properly. I guess the message was badly formatted. After checking the
X-Mailer it seems WHMail is a very new program, and thus has bugs. The
problem with this mail is that I got both the HTML-part and the
text-part of the message, but gnus didn't render the HTML-part, so I got
all the tags.

Can anyone with some MIME-knowledge see what's wrong with this message?
