[mtools] mtools 3.9.10 Solaris floppyd compile problem

Platform:  Solaris 8 fully patched, gcc 3.4.3

floppyd fails to compile:

 symbol                             in file
setenv                              floppyd.o
ld: fatal: Symbol referencing errors. No output written to floppyd
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
gmake: *** [floppyd] Error 1

I don't think Solaris has setenv().  

./configure --disable-floppyd makes me happy, so I don't need a fix, but
others might.
