[Info-xnee] Xnee and cygwin

Hi All,

I have been trying to compile Xnee and all required libs on Cygwin with 
no luck.

Can anyone suggest anything that would assist me in installing Xnee on 
Cygwin?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
