[Info-xnee] two hints

Hi,

when i just found and tested xnee. It's a very great tool - exactly what
i was looking for.

But i have two notes:

1) Building xnee requires makeinfo from texinfo although the
--disable-doc option is given.

2) Some examples in the documentation use the --out option instead of -o
or --out-file, which brings up an quite informative error message:

# cnee --record --keyboard --events-to-record 3 --out test.xnl
Error number: -1
  Error:      (null)
  Solution:   (null)

It took me some time to solve this simple problem :-)
