[Info-xnee] Please Help: cnee does not catch any event

Hi,

I am facing some trouble running xnee :-[ .

I am running cnee --record --mouse -v (i.e.) and cnee seems to be up 
running but does not display any X11 event  :-(
It the same when I try to record into a file and replay it (nothing 
happen, the mouse won't move an inch)

Any idea ?

My configuration:
slackware 12
X11 7.2 (with Load "record" in configuration file)
kernel 2.6.21.5
