[Irmctl-announce] 0.4.4 release

Hi,

 Version 0.4.4 has been released.
 The major news is usage of auto* tools (and in a proper way too, I
think...).
 Nothing really much different from last version... that'll be for the
next revolution... series 0.5.x.

 I forgot to mention you can download it at Savannah's download page:
