I'm getting knocked off the server when trying to connect with an SFTP client (cybderduck) and it tells me "Unexpected end of sftp stream"

I followed the guide Jailkit howto - creating an sftp/scp-only shell in a chroot jail

My auth.log says:

This is after a fresh installation of jailkit on Ubuntu 12.04 (a second attempt after it didn't work on the server I had already bee using with jailkit)
