Updating a borrower's details now results in the message 'ERROR, The following
fields have a forbidden value. Please push the back button and try again :
Invalid_cardnumber'

Looks like it thinks it needs to do a barcode-duplicate check even though the
operation is an update.  I'm guessing that this is a bug introduced by this fix?
