I have finished templating of catmaintain.pl in the rel_2_0 branch. I'd
appreciate anyone who uses catalogue maintenance to test this version.

In case there's something wrong with the templating, and we run out of time to
fix it, the changes to undo are

koha-tmpl/intranet-tmpl/default/en/includes/cat-top.inc,v 1.18.2.3
koha-tmpl/intranet-tmpl/default/en/maint/catmaintain.tmpl,v 1.1.2.1
maint/catmaintain.pl,v 1.5.2.1
