When I tried to upgrade to koha2.0.0 from koha2.0.0pre5 (or whatever), the
script got into trouble when it reached database update section. I don't
remember the exact messages, nor I do not have an screenshots (as I did it when
koha2 came out and forgot it since). Sorry. The only thing that crossed my mind
was mysql password and realising that upgrade script didn't ask for it. In any
case I had to totally zap koha2.0.0pre5 and install koha2.0.0 from scratch.
