Note that the cited URL is not the best example; there are interactions between
this and now-closed bug 731. It is possible to require, for example, subfields
ordered z, x, z (z repeated, but with x inbetween). Unfortunately I don't have a
concrete example, and it seems that it is very difficult to find one (though I
have seen one myself).
