Clicking on 'add child' takes me to:

/cgi-bin/koha/members/jmemberentry.pl

When I add the child and click on save I get:

/cgi-bin/koha/newjmember.pl
An Error has Occurred!
Error 404: Page Not Found

Works in the default tempates
marked blocker because it's a major function
reassigned to Owen
