What is a parcel code? is it an invoice number? npl and default disagree on the
language.

is it required? if so, why is there no warning to say it is and force the user
to put something in?

Also, it looks like invoice number is a global field for all orders in a basket
... if this is true, why not have it auto-calculated and set for the whole
basket?
